A distinguished customs and trade management professional with over 30 years of senior leadership experience in Pakistan's Federal Board of Revenue, having served as Director General Intelligence & Investigation-FBR, Director General Intellectual Property Rights, and Chief International Customs.
His career encompasses supervision of nationwide anti-smuggling operations, coordination with WCO/WTO/UNODC for customs modernization, and adjudication of complex duty evasion cases.
He has served as Member of the Federal Service Tribunal (Lahore Bench) and Member of Punjab Public Service Commission, demonstrating expertise in judicial proceedings and public sector governance.
A Brittania Chevening Scholar with an LL.M. from the University of London, he combines deep technical knowledge of customs law, international trade compliance, supply chain security, and IPR enforcement with proven leadership in policy formulation and organizational capacity-building at the highest levels of Pakistan's revenue administration.
